Welcome to Precious Baby Sono. By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a package, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. Elective, Non-Diagnostic Service Disclaimer
All ultrasound sessions provided by Precious Baby Sono are strictly elective, non-diagnostic bonding experiences designed for entertainment and keepsake purposes.
Our services are not a substitute for routine prenatal medical care, diagnostic ultrasounds, or medical evaluations provided by your physician, OB/GYN, or midwife.
Our sonographers do not screen for fetal abnormalities, measure growth metrics, or provide medical diagnoses.
You confirm that you are currently under the active care of a qualified prenatal healthcare provider.
2. Deposits & Payments
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $45 is required at the time of booking to secure your requested appointment time. This deposit will be applied toward the total balance of your selected service.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for your session and any add-on items is due in full at the time of your service.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: You may transfer your deposit to a new appointment date or time without penalty by providing at least 24 hours of advance notice prior to your scheduled visit.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice, or appointments missed without prior notification (no-shows), will result in the immediate forfeiture of your $45 deposit.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled visit. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent scheduled clients, or you may be required to reschedule.
4. Refunds & Rescan Policy
Refunds: Due to the specialized nature of elective ultrasound services and reserved studio scheduling, all session fees, packages, digital media, and physical keepsakes are strictly non-refundable once the appointment has commenced.
Uncooperative Baby / Image Quality: Fetal position, placental placement, gestational age, fluid levels, and maternal tissue density can impact image clarity and 3D/4D/HD visualization.
If your baby is completely uncooperative during your session and quality images cannot be obtained, a single complimentary rescan session may be offered at the sonographer’s discretion.
Rescan sessions must be scheduled within two weeks of your original appointment. Refunds will not be issued for uncooperative fetal positioning.
5. Gender Determination
While our sonographers are highly experienced, gender determination accuracy depends on fetal position, gestational age, and developmental factors. Gender determination is an estimate and is never 100% guaranteed. Precious Baby Sono accepts no liability for incorrect gender identification or associated external purchases made prior to birth.
6. Guest Policy & Studio Conduct
We welcome you to share this experience with family and loved ones! To ensure a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable environment for everyone:
Please adhere to our posted studio room occupancy limits for guests.
Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
Audio or video recording of the session by guests using personal cell phones or cameras is permitted only with prior sonographer approval.
7. Digital Media & Keepsakes
Digital images, video clips, and heartbeat recordings provided as part of your package will be delivered via digital download, email, or physical media as specified in your package details. Precious Baby Sono is not responsible for lost or corrupted media files after digital delivery has been completed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Precious Baby Sono, its owner, and its personnel shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to your elective session, gender determination estimates, or website use.
